Fascias, soffits and gutters, finished properly
The edge of the roof takes the weather first. Rotten fascia boards let water behind the gutters and into the wall; sagging gutters overflow onto your brickwork. We replace the lot in clean, maintenance-free uPVC and hang the gutters so they drain.
What we replace
Fascias, soffits, bargeboards and guttering in white or coloured uPVC, with ventilated soffits where the loft needs airflow. We strip the old timber rather than capping over rot, because capping just hides the problem.
We also fit and repair gutters on their own: new runs, replacement sections, realignment where the falls have gone and leaking joints. Note that we do not offer gutter cleaning or roof cleaning as a service.
Why it is worth doing with the roof
If you are having a re-roof or the eaves course re-done, it is the perfect time to replace the fascias, because the roof edge is already open and the scaffold is already up. We will price it as one job.
